Weight room at the gym this morning.  I like that I can consistently do reps of my few machines most of the time.  And I'm trying to push myself but not too much -- remembering that if I'm over-exerting myself, using muscles an exercise isn't supposed to work, that's not actually a good thing and I'd be treating my body better if I stopped.  ( ( Read more... )
